JAMES TOWN HARBOUR CONTRACT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARDED TO GHANAIAN GRADUATES WHO HAS THE EXPERIENCE IN THIS FIELD

JAMES TOWN HARBOUR CONTRACT SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARDED TO GHANAIAN GRADUATES WHO HAS THE EXPERIENCE .

GHANAIAN GRADUATES ARE EQUALLY BETTER JUST LIKE THE CHINESE INVESTORS : GHANA GOVERNMENT MUST USE GRADUATES IN GHANA AS INVESTORS RATHER THAN THE CHINESE.

Education as we all know is very important but as much as Ghanaian politicians are educated, upon all their PHD, MASTERS AND DOCTORATE DEGREE.Why are Ghanaian leaders constantly exhibiting their weaknesses by using the Chinese government as INVESTORS RATHER THAN USING GRADUATES IN GHANA OR  GHANAIAN OVERSEAS GRADUATES ?

We got people in Ghana who are excellent products of LEGON, Kumasi University, UK universities , US Universities, Canadian Universities, Japanese Universities and in some universities in China.

Why do our leaders see overseas (NON- GHANAIANS) nationals as "PROLIFIC INVESTORS" rather than investing in their "in- house graduates" in Ghana.

If our leaders are prioritising the needs and wants of Ghanaians properly, if all these natural resources in Ghana are being managed and used profitably, they won't be seen begging the Chinese government. Don't you think, our leaders are struggling on managerial skills not even talking of bad maintenance culture in Ghana.

If our leaders are that good, then we wouldn't see them on the corridors of the Chinese government signing unfriendly and unfruitful loan agreements which always push Ghana into deep debts.

There should be other alternatives to generate more money towards the construction of the harbour. Our leaders should have called on Bank of Ghana, Ghana petroleum Authority, Kotoka International Airport, Ashante gold companies, Ghana cement, Ghana timbers association, the land commission and other government institutions to contribute to the construction of the harbour. Money generated should be invested into the local graduates with experience in that particular field, Without calling on the Chinese government with poor and cheap work done which normally has so many defects.

SO YOU THINK THERE ARE No QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED GHANAIANS WHO CAN CONSTRUCT JAMES TOWN HARBOUR ?
